When to check my weight ?

I have been fasting for Ramadan for nearly a month. I have not been weighing myself because if I wake up in the morning and weight myself it would not be accurate as I have only ate half of my calories and the rest is eaten later.
The fast ends Saturday or Sunday. I want a accurate weight check shall I do it on Monday with a empty stomach.

Doesn't really matter. Your weight fluctuates all the time and whenever you do weigh yourself, it's just reflective of that particular moment in time.

Much more important/informative is what your weight does over an extended period of time. :)

I genuinely weigh myself after I wake up and been to the loo and at the end of the week, i haven't done it for awhile now though...

I weigh myself once a week, same time in the morning, before eating but after dressing so the conditions are similar from week to week. They aren't identical, of course, due to natural fluctuations in my eating, weight and clothing!

I think that gives me the information I need to know if my weight is going up or going down. I don't think daily weighing is necessary or really helpful, but I do like to keep a record of how I'm doing over time.

I do not like weighing myself. The only reason I know my weight is I had my yearly physical a couple weeks ago. I use body fat calipers and the mirror to track my progress.

Either way it doesn't matter, I'd still weigh every morning.
