Is your tummy making a sloshing sound when you walk?0

I think so. I feel like a fish tank.2 -
Maybe you need electrolytes instead?1

Going over sodium does not have such a big impact like that on immediate insaciable thirst. What will affect your immediate thirst is however some kind of nutrient deficiency, and I am 99.9% you are not dehydrated.0

You forgot the ACV.3

Sometimes when you go over on sodium and you aren't used to it your body is trying to balance things out and needs potassium and magnesium.1 -

I can think of a few that would try it if someone put it on their Pinterest.2 -

I'm pre-diabetic and this happens to me when I eat a sugary/carb heavy meal (part of why I'm doing low carb most days).1

I think I have figured it out. And its a bit of a story.
So last sunday i decided to do the smart thing of using a knife to cut some duct tape while making a seal instead of going to get the scissors that were in another room. dumb. Sure enough the knife fell off the ledge and went straight into my foot/vein. Went to the hospital and they told me that i got lucky and just needed to get a tetanus shot to be safe.
Monday i got the tetanus shot at my doctors and it wasnt until maybe thursday night that my arm started to get sore and swell at the needle site a bit which is an expected and very common side effect. Well it turns out that one of the rare side effects is Thirst. Which I now appear to be experiencing.

I was going to reply before I read your reason for thirst. Will mention it anyways as other people could also be facing this, one can also get abnormally thirsty if there is increase in sugar level.1

Phew. Good job zeroing in on that!0 -
Might want to look up 'hyponatremia' . . . drinking more than a liter or so of water per hour could be a Bad Plan, depending on circumstances.0
-
Too much of water at once like that can cause hyponatremia. Salt and water imbalance. Too much water makes the body have lower sodium.0
