Not many people at my work has said much about my weight loss of 40lbs, except the girls I work directly with. So today i was on my way to the bathroom and was stopped by a guy Ive never ever spoken to. Asked me what i was doing to lose weight and i just said, eating right and working out. he told me I deseved a medal!! Totally made my day!

    Yeah it was, most people can't believe it and think its some quick fix. no I WORKED HARD AT IT! and will move on working hard at it!

    Congrats! If you have a dollar tree or 98-cent store nearby you should go buy one and hang it in your office/cube.
