Early onset frustration

So frustrated that I dramatically cut calories and worked out 5 out of 7 days last week and still gained 1/2 lb. I'm just getting back into healthy living and eating and I do know it isn't an overnight process but ugh! Just frustrated! But not letting it dissuade me from continuing to make positive changes!

    Water weight from new exercise - don't worry too much about it. Keep working on logging accurately and the results will come.

    Hang in there we all want it yesterday but it takes time. U can do this just keep on track

    Is this a new exercise program? Are your muscles retaining heavy fluid to help them repair themselves after your hard work? Did you eat something salty yesterday? Are you ovulating or is it TOM? Did you move the scale a few inches to a new place on the floor? Any of these can easily lead to a couple pounds gain.
