Hello All,
Just wanted to say hello to everyone, as a new member, Im seeking like minded people who can be supportive of my weight loss goals. My doctor suggested that I try this method, and see how it goes. I recently joined (2days ago) so still havent seen much change. Although I have to admit, that my mind is more ready than my body to do this, lol. A little about me; born and raised in Texas, mother of 3 grown daughters, nana to 2 grandsons, wife to 1 great guy...have a steady job, awesome home and lots of support through this journey. I enjoy camping, fishing, biking, walking, sports, dancing and just hanging out with loved ones.
In the last two years, I have gone through many changes in my life(medically speaking) and have noticed the weight starting to build up...even though I was/am walking 2 miles a day, it just didnt seem to help anymore. We have always tried to eat "healthy" and when last visit to my doctor I was told that my weight was 208lbs I totally freaked out. We came up with a plan, and she gave me this website, so here I am.
