First thing in the morning my calorie display looks like this
1800 - 0 - 187 = 1613
Where does the -187 for exercise come from?

Do you have a tracker set up? If so your default exercise is worth 187 calories and your tracker says you have not earned your above sedentary setting yet0

Your body burns calories even if you did nothing but lay in bed. That is where your 187 came from.0

In bed you aren't moving much. If you have a tracker connected to your account, it's subtracting calories to reflect that you're moving less than MFP would have estimated for your activity level. As you get out of bed and move more, you have the chance to "earn back" some of those calories.0

You must have a tracker synced with 'negative adjustments' enabled.HermanLily wrote: »Your body burns calories even if you did nothing but lay in bed. That is where your 187 came from.
This wouldn't show on mfp. I have around 300 calories already burned when i wake up, but this is only shown on my fitbit dashboard.0
