Let's add each other. Preferably those with open diaries. What is your goal weight? Mine long term is to be at 145 by April/May of 2018. I'm 5'7.5 current is the 190ish range.

I'm looking to lose in that range. Started tracking and lost 10lbs in 2-3 weeks but stalled now. Looking to go from SW:193 GW: 130. I'm 5ft5.3

Wow. I'm 5'7.75 ft. So I always round up to 5'8. I started at 192 and I am on track to be 150 by Christmas. Feel free to add me.

Hi. I'm a bit shorter (5'2") than you all and a bit heavier (211 today). My first goal is to get to 160. I just started today so I'm not sure what the "open diary" is (and I'm still working on how to add people so feel free to add me!), but I need to work on accountability so count me in.4

I'm 5'6" 1/2 and i am trying to lose 40lbs. I was 182.8lbs and I'm now 176.6. I have changed my eating habits and walk at least 2 miles a day. I need encouragement and would love the opportunity to encourage others so please added me to the group.
My weight seems to go up and down but i never seem to get passed 176.6lbs. I would love to get to 140lbs. I also want to be healthy and remain healthy.0 -
