Back/shoulder fat help

So on my weight loss journey, I have found it rather easy to lose weight from every area of my body. That is except my back and shoulder area. My family members also have the same problem, so I am guessing that it is somewhat genetic. So I am seeking advice as to what specific exercises or dieting I should do to remove this leftover weight? Thanks :)

    Nothing you can do to target fat loss, unfortunately. Keep at it.

    Are you lifting weights? You may want to incorporate that into your fitness routine.
