Hey!!!! I'm a vegetarian Just looking for some NEW UK friends.
I've been on MFP for a long time but never really reached out to get more active friends but meeting new people's a goal for 2017, has to be good, right??
I have a background in football, sports injuries and fitness, my goals right now are to maintain mostly, gain muscle and get lean(15% body fat) after losing over 3 stone and keeping it off, What are yours? Feel free to add me and tell me what your goals are and maybe we can share experiences.

Another Scottish resident here. Been using MFP on and off for a couple of years. Started again about a month ago along with a calisthenics programme to gain strength. Have lost a couple of kilos and starting to feel benefits already. Now got my wife signed up too so we're in this together :-)2

Hi, I've been on MFP for many years without really sorting myself out. This time I want to prove to myself that I can do it. This means loosing a little weight, and then actually getting some muscles. So I'm just starting out on the weight lifting path, whilst building diet consistency and down about 5Kg so far.

My first duty station when I was in the US Air Force was in England (RAF Upper Heyford - YEARS ago lol) I loved my time in England..... looking for friends to add.
