Need help hitting my target numbers

I'm new to mfp and have been keeping track of my calories for a few days. I noticed with my normal diet I am lacking a lot of calcium, iron, and potassium, and protien.( Probably why I'm always tired)
I don't eat processed things, and mostly healthy whole foods. Does anyone else have this problem with their diet? I ordered a prenatal multivitamin since I am "child bearing age" and a calcium, zinc and magnesium supplement.
Any other suggestions, meal/snack ideas or similar experiences would be helpful!
Thanks guys!

for the protein, pre log your day to see what you need to eat to hit your goal.
as for the micronutrients, the database isnt good for tracking them as not everything in inputted so i wouldn't rely on MFP to tell you whether you're getting enough.2 -
