Hello I'm new to mfp. I started on Friday. I have stayed in my calories . As day 4 comes.to a close, I can see some more changes I need to make in my food choices. Less fat and more water. My beginning weight was 218. My first goal is to get to 180, then 150, then my final goal of 135.
