Hi, I'm Michelle! The last 8 years of my life have been a nightmare! I have Hashimotos, Fibromyalgia, Anklosing Spondylitis, Sjogrens Syndrome and my most recent diagnosis is RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome)! Moving hurts and now with my legs I've had to use a wheelchair part time! I can barely write my name because of the arthritis is my hands! Today I stepped on the scale it said 221 pounds! I'm afraid if I don't lose weight diabetes is next! I need lots of encouragement! Thank You

Hey Michelle. Sounds like a nightmare.. I can relate. There are a few wonderful ppl here with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. It's extremely hard to lose weight this way. But possible! I'm not there yet but have a few examples here of ppl who do..
