You have to want it ... really want it ... enough to give up the bad habits that got you where you are. It takes 3 weeks to develop new habits. Set your goal to eat right for the next 21 days and take it one day at a time. Every time you allow yourself to cheat you are only cheating yourself in obtaining the goal you want for you. Don't try to do it all at once... new way of eating, starting a new exercise routing, going to bed earlier or getting up earlier.
After you have the eating down you can add in the exercise and work toward that new habit. YOU CAN DO THIS! Feel free to friend request me if you'd like!!

The fact that you are on here posting means you have the motivation. Just push yourself to keep going. You can do this.

Why do you want to lose weight? My motivation is:
I have BPD and I struggle to handle emotions. I look in the mirror and HATE what I see... Hate and anger are emotions I don't need in my head. I have enough to deal with so I'm saying goodbye to the fat me (slowly) and looking forward to a me I can smile at in the mirror :) You will get there, as will I :)

Turn it into a habit that you really don't think about. It is like brushing your teeth. I wake up put on my workout clothes and hit the gym or the road without much thought. When I go shopping I buy healthy easy to prepare foods. If I stray I have to put more time and energy into it and drive to the store to buy the foods I limit. Basically I'm lazy.

Motivation sucks. Make a habit and keep to it. That's where you'll see results.
