Mexican restaurant

What is a good way of logging calories when going to the Mexican restaurant?

I'm thinking the fajitas with no tortillas would be the best choice and only eating half of the meal... but how can I guess the appropriate about of calories to log?

    I usually find a chain with similar dishes that has nutritional information online and use their numbers to make an estimate. On the Border is one I've used for Mexican restaurants in the past.

    Don't log... pretend it didn't happen! LOL! Jk. Same as others above... just find a similar dish and log that.

    See if the restaraunt is in the database, if not best guesses and shoot high on the calories. Good luck!

    Ha!! That's why I am in the shape I'm in now lol..

    I have always guessed as the others suggested by finding a similar meal but I just got back on track again after gaining about 25 pounds

    I've attempted to log the same meals. It's hard, just do the best ya can. :)
