Starting over, again... Feels like starting for reals for the first time. So here we are again...me and MFP! There were times when I resented the honesty of this app instead of facing my choices. Choices I haven't been able to outrun. Ohh the irony of being tired of running and now having to start running in a gym. At least I got a gym membership...right!?

Well I can say this...I'm ready for the fight and looking forward to the hardwork. My bad MFP it's been a minute, I shouldn't have left you without a bomb friend that you could connect to.

You are in the right place. You will be feeling better and at your 1st goal in no time. Look to MFP for encouragement and tips, get some friends and start feeling and looking better. Welcome Home!

Base your changes more on diet than trying to outrun your food choices and you'll definitely be more successful this time.

    Welcome back! :)

Welcome back! I'm back in here as well! Used it in my early 20s! Gained weight and have been struggling the past few years so giving MFP a go again (and hoping to find some awesome friends on here again for accountability!). You got this!
