Home workouts

Hi, I'm a runner (but I've been slacking). On track, I run between 5-10 km twice a week. I'm one year postpartum (c-section) I'm usually low on energy but would like to start working out at home. I want to be toned etc. My bod is not (especially the tummy).
Anyhow, I am looking for suggestions of some good home workouts. I like easy moves, I like to punch and kick etc.
Thanks.

Christine Salus on YouTube. Free and awesome workouts. Although she has "1000 calorie" workouts I don't think they are truly burning that much. That seems outrageous since running only burns 6-700 an hour. But, nonetheless I love the workouts. She has no equipment options, quiet workouts for apartment dwellers or workouts while kids are napping etc...1

Define "easy moves". Unfortunately, easy doesn't necessarily lend itself to muscle building.0 -
Turbo Jam for kickboxing... you'll need strength training for muscles. Some of my favorites to start with: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and Ripped in 30, The Firm super cardio mix and 500 calorie workout, Denise Austin Boot Camp. Start with light handweights and increase the weights when you can complete all exercises with good form.0

When I started my fitness journey years ago I did Jillian Michaels Total Body revolution, I completed the 90 day program twice and then joined a gym because I wanted to lift. I will still throw in one of those DVD's every once in a while if I absolutely can't get to the gym.0
