IM OUTTA THE 300's!!!!!!!

Back on May 9 I started seeing a nutritionist and going to my gym regularly. At least five days a week. Mostly doing spin class, because it's low impact and strength training. I'm down officially 21 pound today, starting at 319lbs. I am so pumped.
Basically, the age old saying of eat right and exercise has been tried and true and I'm finally thing the light. Just wanted to share my excitement with a bunch of strangers and hopefully be a little motivator for those that need it. Have a great hump day all!!
