Mine currently would be fresh fish in a light crumb served with a salad and wholegrain mustard vinaigrette.

    Too many to choose. An expertly blended 1/2 lbs burger on a fresh baked Kaiser bun with cheddar and jalapenos. Really good, crispy fried chicken without too much breading, served with biscuits, mac n' cheese and collard greens. A big bowl of fresh chashu ramen. A burrito with carne asada, rice, jack cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, and chipotle salsa. Peking duck. Dan Dan Noodles w/ extra chili oil. Babyback ribs smoked and doused in Carolina vinegar sauce. This is why I'm 30 lbs overweight.

    It really just depends. I love to cook and between my wife and I, we probably have 100+ recipes and counting on Pinterest...it really just depends on my mood.

    My current go to is Steak/chicken/grilled salmon bowls... either served over riced cauliflower or brown rice with diced up tomatoes, avocado and black beans, squeeze a little lime/lemon on it. Don't know if its the warm days or what but I could literally eat this every day lately!

    Esqueeze me?? Never heard of a fajita. What the heck! Not sure where you're from, but come to Texas and we'll make that fajita challenge a reality for all who want to partake in that lol. Probably one of my favorite meals- fresh pico, guac, fresh tortillas. Two words. De.Licious. haha

    Not really a meal but beef cheek ravioli from Carnevino is heavenly. The rack of lamb at Carmines is my favorite meal though hand down.
