Hello all ,

Just left a popular weight loss program to give this a go. Needed to save some money , plus wanted more info on what and where I get my calories and nutrients from. My biggest struggle is staying motivated, any tips?

    Well loggingveverything you eat here will give you nutrient and calorie breakdowns. Taught me a few things.

    Hey! We all struggle with motivation a little bit from time to time, you'll find that as you start seeing results you'll feel more motivated. Best bit of advice I can give is that it's a marathon not a sprint and you are allowed to still enjoy food/life and still lose weight :) feel free to add me if you like!
