Thanks. I should add that as a result: T2 Diabetes in remission, HBA1C now showing Non-Diabetic. Stopped daily insulin shots and 19 other meds. BP, Chol, Lipids etc - all normal again. 9 kilos to reach target weight. Not bragging - just amazed at health and living outcomes. It's been a terrific journey of learning, lifestyle change and facing challenges. MFP is a wonderful support.
