Honestly I do stews, curries and stirfry for meal prep. They all freeze well and im into flavour so I can't deal with those plain chicken breast and broccoli meal preps.4

Crock pot all the way! I like to cook on Sundays, so I can it eat through the week. It works for one person but not sure it would work for a family1

I pre cook chicken, whole wheat pasta, whole grain rice, steel cut oats, bagged beans. I cut up all my veggies and put them in storage containers or ziploc, I individualize snacks like nuts into small "earing" ziploc bags. Then I can make any meal, any time fairly quickly without having to chop, boil or ensure my meat has reached an ideal temperature.
