When do you train legs?

I was thinking of training legs on Monday. Whilst everyone trains chest on Monday I could do my legs.

Twice a week. No set day, whenever the squat racks are free.3

This time of season (cutting)...every day (to some degree/extent)1

I squat 3x per week and add in accessory leg work twice per week. If I had to choose a "leg day" though, yeah...Monday or Sunday.2

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday .. with two of those days being heavier and the other two more high volume.1

Play catcher for my baseball team on Sunday and week nights.
