Hey everyone! Back on My Fitness Pal, working out 6 days a week and eating Paleo. Would love to friend some people, be part of a community and encourage everyone's progress and motivation! I have 35 lbs to lose and am determined.

Would love to make some friends here!

    I've been trying paleo out this year and think I'm finally getting the hang of it. Cravings finally lifting with some creative cooking!

    Hey RWarner, Shellinash and Tammy, I am just eating whole foods, and doing strength training at home. 1 week so far. I need to lose 56 lbs! I've lost 6 so far my first week, today. Hoping I at least lost 1 lb a week going forward.
