Getting impatient

I started at 12 stone 8 lbs and am now 10 stone 13 lbs and although thats 23 lbs lost and I realise that its an achievement in itself, I am getting impatient knowing I still have another 13 lbs to lose.
The clothes I used to wear when I was thin are starting to fit me again but are too tight to actually wear. It is just so frustrating seeing the goal in sight but yet having it be so far away.
How do you deal with this?

Celebrate what you have accomplished with a few jumping jacks and keep on keeping on. Keep trying on those thin clothes as motivation

Change your attitude towards weight loss? It's not instantaneous like many things these days and you can't manipulate it to happen faster without some serious sacrifice somewhere.

The last 10lbs are painfully slow so cut yourself some slack, you've done fabulously so far and if you keep on going, tighten your food logging maybe move a bit more or change up your workouts you'll eventually shed those final pounds.

Yeah I'm 5ish lbs away from my goal. Talk about being impatient. I can't seem to get it right. But mini goals helped. For me I celebrated every 5 lbs. with a plant (I'm obsessed) or gardening tools. Now maybe I need to purchase something every 2 lbs...? Or I guess I'm at a point where clothes could work. Meh.

Once you're that close to goal, I want to add that every lb makes a huge difference. I notice so much change in even just 1lb of fat gone. That's pretty rewarding considering when I was 240 I had to lose 40lbs before seeing much of a difference lol

Maybe instead of being frustrated at the destination, you look at how far down road you've come?

Hooray! What I'm doing is working! Look how much has changed! My goal is in sight! Gotta keep doing what I'm doing!

I'm in a similar position. I've lost 20lb and have 15 to go. The way I look at it? I'm more than halfway there :D
