Raw vegan for 30+ days

Starting today, only consume ~ 90% of your calories from fruit and veggies, and, the other 10% from nuts/beans etc. I've done this before and lost ~ 8 lbs, (even though I was 'vegan' before that previous transition, I ate only ~50% of my daily calories from fruits and veggies as opposed to 90%) but, after I started to consume processed foods again, I gained 5 lbs. I want to get back to my previous weight and just feel overall better like I used to, being fully raw!

The reason why you couldn't stay raw is because it is unsustainable and unhealthy. you're gonna make yourself sick.4

I have been raw since May 29th and feel like a million bucks. I have been dealing with serious health issues for years that are subsiding at an incredible rate. It is 100% sustainable not only that but you can thrive as long as you are doing it properly.-1

You didn't lose weight because you ate raw, you didn't gain weight because you ate "processed" foods. You were in a calorie deficit to lose, and a surplus to gain... Simples.
I personally don't have a positive experience from eating a high raw diet in the past, so I'll decline your recommendation!3
