Starting today, only consume ~ 90% of your calories from fruit and veggies, and, the other 10% from nuts/beans etc. I've done this before and lost ~ 8 lbs, (even though I was 'vegan' before that previous transition, I ate only ~50% of my daily calories from fruits and veggies as opposed to 90%) but, after I started to consume processed foods again, I gained 5 lbs. I want to get back to my previous weight and just feel overall better like I used to, being fully raw!

The reason why you couldn't stay raw is because it is unsustainable and unhealthy. you're gonna make yourself sick.

I have been raw since May 29th and feel like a million bucks. I have been dealing with serious health issues for years that are subsiding at an incredible rate. It is 100% sustainable not only that but you can thrive as long as you are doing it properly.

You didn't lose weight because you ate raw, you didn't gain weight because you ate "processed" foods. You were in a calorie deficit to lose, and a surplus to gain... Simples.

I personally don't have a positive experience from eating a high raw diet in the past, so I'll decline your recommendation!
