Gained 15 lbs since joining the military!

Since last year I have gained 15 pounds. Unfortunately, it's not muscle! In the military you can't be above a certain weight depending on your age and gender and although I'm not at my max weight I felt better about myself 15 pounds ago. I'm tired of feeling insecure! This is the most I have weighed my entire life and I'm done with it. It's difficult to get the motivation or time to exercise right now. At work we are always busy and I come home and do schoolwork (attending college), then I go to bed. I'm excited to lose weight and get fit again!

Good luck watch out for beer it's empty calories and just track your food you may be eating to much fast food cause it's quick. Or you may not be taking in enough0

track your food to the best of your ability (especially if you eat in the DFAC or similar on base); aim for a moderate deficit - been military (both active and reserve) for 12yrs now0
