Since last year I have gained 15 pounds. Unfortunately, it's not muscle! In the military you can't be above a certain weight depending on your age and gender and although I'm not at my max weight I felt better about myself 15 pounds ago. I'm tired of feeling insecure! This is the most I have weighed my entire life and I'm done with it. It's difficult to get the motivation or time to exercise right now. At work we are always busy and I come home and do schoolwork (attending college), then I go to bed. I'm excited to lose weight and get fit again!

track your food to the best of your ability (especially if you eat in the DFAC or similar on base); aim for a moderate deficit - been military (both active and reserve) for 12yrs now
