Good morning. I am a Jesus Freak. I have 3 boys and 1 girl. Just had bariatric surgery Wednesday 6-21. Need to track food and fluids and physical activity

  Hi,
  I am also an abuse survivor. Some days my kids are the only thing that keeps me going.
  I hope your recovery is going well.
