This picture was taken about an hour after a workout of abs and cardio.

It means that you carry your fat lower down and in different places.
Loose skin is more likely the older you get, the rest is down to genetics so time will tell.7 -
Your case of Dunlap's Disease is mild. I don't expect you to develop loose skin.
However, bear in mind this: After you get your bf below 15% and eventually begin a bulk/cut cycle, the 'bulk' phase will promote the expression of Human Growth Hormone, during which time a loose skin condition improves.1 -
The bodyfat % is incorrect and/or you carry fat differently that the typical male.

Thanks!
I store my fat around my legs and sides first.0 -
Are you sure it is an ab poking through and it is not just a lump? When you pinch that area is there much fat your are pinching?2

Without being too harsh: you are delusional.19

Yeah, most people cannot see their abs until they mid to low teen body fat.1

The brutally honest comments aside, there is a faint impression the OP's 2 upper rectus abdominis muscle, where the least amount of "belly fat" in most men resides.
If it gives the OP "comfort" to think that he's got "some" visible abs, far be it for me to burst his bubble.
Of course, the real problem is his pot belly and all if the fat that resides there AND elsewhere.
So, OP, if you can lose the 80-100# (and the BF that'll go w/it) that you say you want to lose AND do the necessary training to increase the strength and definition in your abs and elsewhere, you should be able to show off some abs w/o needing to ask if anyone else can see them.
Good luck!
PS: It's premature to worry about loose skin. Would you NOT try to lose weight if you knew for certain that loose skin would be left behind? I think not. If you lose the weight and there is more loose skin than you care for, there will be ways to deal w/it but, if you haven't lost any weight resulting in loose skin, what is there to worry about?
Just get on w/trying to lose the wt that you say that you want to lose.
Again, good luck!4 -
There's also a LOT of fat on his arms.0
