Hello, Do you eat your exercise kcals???
I am only earning around 150 a day but just wondered if you do? My activity setting is on the lowest setting as well but I only log my actual exercise that I do on my rebounder with my HRM on![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Its hit or miss- Some people believe you should eat your exercise cals back. Some believe you shouldn't.
I personally don't eat my exercise calories back. I have thought about it still think about it, but lean more towards not after having talked to an instructor at my gym seeing what he thought about eating them back. It's a preference I think.0 -
I eat some of them, usually only up 200-300 calories though. When I burn 800-1000 calories I eat more of them. If I'm only burning 100-200 calories I try not to eat them.0
