T25 advice?

I am currently doing t25 gamma having completed alpha and beta. I love gamma because I love strength exercises but I still have some fat to lose too. I m8ght do two rounds of gamma but I'm not sure what to do next. Insanity max 30 has been recommended to me but wondered if anyone would recommend any other workouts under 30 mins that use weights as I am worried that if I do max 30 I'll lose the strength gained in gamma?

    Check out p90x3 or hard corps 22. Fitnessblender has a wide variety too

    Fitness Blender. It's free but they also have paid for schedules for about $12. There's a variety you can choose including one that hits that 30 minute-ish mark. And they will include a lot of strength.

    I second Insanity Max 30. I'm doing round 2. I don't think you'll lose all your strength because it has lots of body weight exercises, lots of pushups, plyo, squats... Especially second month is crazy.

    If you like gamma, why not rotate it with another workout?

    Thanks for the ideas. I had never heard of fitness blender before-it looks great I like that it's free! Still thinking about max 30 as I just live Shaun T but I would have to pay for it

    I just got a T25 set of 9 DVDs, calendar, and band with handles from the library today. Looking forward to trying it out. I love that I can borrow this stuff!
