Cravings

Hello guys,
I am 22 5'5 and 145.5lbs. I have reached my initial goal weight. Problem with my nowdays is that I don't eat healthy food or normal food that is made at home. I am always craving for biscuits, pizzas and burgers. This never use to happen before. Once in a month junk but now literally three to 4 days in a week. I don't like the normal food anymore and even if I have it my mind is still stuck on junk food. How should I stop this? It's getting out of hand either i eat junk or nothing at all.
Ps. I eat junk just once a day and nothing else proper so not gaining weight and i do exercise

What is it about healthy food and normal food and home cooked food that makes you not like it? Figuring that out improved both my diet, and my relationship with food.0

This is a great topic, as it is so relatable to me! I'm 5'5" about 150lbs and crave sweets and pizza but I know staying away is the best way to stay healthy. However, forcing myself to completely leave out these "bad" foods is the reason I think about them more. Recently I have been eating things in moderation and in healthier versions. If I crave sweets, I have some dark chocolate or make healthy cookies. Pizzas and burgers can be made healthier, like pizza with cauliflower crust or burgers with one bun or in the patty in a salad with a side piece of bread. The biggest thing is widening knowledge of how to alternate foods to make them healthier. Also, having one day to "indulge" is the best way to look forward to these unhealthy treats, away from the routine good foods. If you need healthy alternative recipes, I suggest Pinterest, and then you can make recipe book.
Also, sometimes we need a break away from our healthy routines, but it is dangerous, so make goals and set only a few days aside (let's say a month) to satisfy what your mind craves.0
