Hey Fitness pals, looking for friends to stay motivated. I am 47 years old and have been vegan for 3 years now. Started super well, lost quite a bit of weight but then discovered a lot of wonderful tasting processed vegan food. Would like to get back on track with eating healthy, home cooked meals. I enjoy working out but just getting back into that routine as well. My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle. Would love some encouragement and motivation. I am currently reading Dr. Micheal Gregers book "How not to die" and loving it. Please, anyone feel free to add me.

There are loads of us. We're practically taking over!
There is also a community group called 'Happy Herbivores', if you have a question and you're worried it'll get lost amongst the other threads on the main boards.2 -
I went vegan in November 2015, and lost ten lbs by summer 2016 --- started working = less cooking and exercise, and ten lbs is back. What is that processed food, I want to know?1

Hi there! Well im fairly new to being a vegan. I started in September of last year. Just shortly after having my second son. I love being vegan its getting better. I dropped 6lbs within the first week of making my choice to go vegan. Sometimes its hard especially when I come from a family thats full of carnivores. Lol1
