Who has had results eating protein/ healthy prepared meals?

Hi I have just started buying Core Power Foods from my local shop here in Australia. They taste good and loving the convenience as I can work up to 16hrs a day

    As long as you stick to your calories you can achieve results eating whatever you like. If precooked/reheated meals make your life easier, go for it!

    I personally find them dissatisfying, and too expensive for what you get. If I used them, I'd still need to bulk up the meals with mountains more vegies.

    As long as you eat less calories than you burn you will lose weight.

    If you enjoy them and they make your life easier then go for it.

    I second what @livingleanlivingclean said, I'd add a load of veggies. If I'm pushed for time I'll get those throw in the microwave veg bags. They take 3 minutes and are around 300-400 gram of veg.
