I have been bloated for like a week now and i am wondering if this ingredient could be possibly be causing me to feel this way. It's in the stevia powder i bought. I think i may have bought the wrong kind because i am uninformed.

well its usually derived from corn, rice or potato starch but it can also come from barley or wheat so if you have celiacs or an intolerance to wheat/barley then that could be it. cut it out of your diet for 2 months or so and then try a little again,if you have the issues then you know that is the cause. could be the stevia too1

I have celiac and I can't have maltodextrin. My stomach gets sick. But malt is a thick powder so it might be agitating you on its own1
