[RUNNING THREAD] 30 days of no cheat days or alcohol

Hey losers, for the last 12 weeks I've been going pretty hard, with at least 1 cheat meal a week, usually 2 days that involved beer. I have lost 28lbs so far and gained more muscle than I have ever had in my life. That said, I wanted to kick into gear with a new lifting program and no cheat days or alcohol for 30 days, right after I finish will be my 30th birthday. I've decided alongside this I would do a blog, but a friend convinced me that I should do a Vlog instead, something I'm not super comfortable with. As a reply to this thread I will post each days vlog, you can ask questions on the video thread or here on the forum. I thought someone might be in the middle of some sort of challenge them self and maybe this would help keep them accountable. Cheers (pun intended)

Do our questions have to be weight loss/fitness related?1 -

My question: if there was one thing that you now understand given your success that you think most people 'dieting' don't appreciate to the level that's necessary, what would that thing be. Love the VLog, appreciate your putting yourself out there.0

You can still eat what you want, even on non- cheat days. Just prepare for it, know what you are going to order at taco bell, add it to MFP before you go, that way you aren't guessing. Also leave about 200 calories for end of day snacks, they will be needed and come in handy.
