    Edamame and potstickers or maybe homemade sushi roll
    Thai beef salad for main with or without rice
    And no clue for dessert
    But lots of pear sake

    Never heard of pear sake before. It's on the shopping list.

    My go to Chinese dinner for company, all homemade:

    Wonton soup
    Egg rolls
    Chicken with cashews
    Fried rice

    Baked custard

    With orange

    Pear flavored sake is just a all it is. U can get sake in a few different fruit flavors if u don't like the flavor of plain sake
