Any Cindy Crawfort fans?

I realy like her workouts even though they are quite old and she gets criticized for her form most of the time. Is there anyone else who is doing her workouts - Shape your body maybe? If yes how do you log it in the app? I have no idea what type it is... so I log it like aerobics general, but is it accurate?

    I am a fan of her old workouts LOL. Esp Shape your Body and The Next Challenge.
    I use an Apple watch now, but used to log it under 'cross training' as its really a mix of aerobics and weight training.

    I'm also a fan of the old " the FIRM" workouts. Still have my old box....

    I loved her workouts. God I did them in the 90s when my boys were at school.
    I remember the leg exercise well, with the chair for support.
    I had mine on vhs, so I bought a second hand dvd of it on eBay.
    They were quite strenuous workouts as I remember.

    They were HIIT and strength training, long before people realized that that was the way to do it.

    I remember she was criticized for it actually, as it was not 'aerobic' enough.
