Calisthenics

Alright people.
Been doing Calisthenics for 3 months now really enjoying it. still learning basic moves like chin ups and pull ups using full range of motion from hanging weight. Do a lot more moves then just them two. squats,dips,push ups, wall sits etc etc
Certain moves I can't do like leg raises due to 4months ago L5/s1 surgery so still quite tender in there. Planks can be a bit iffy depending on what type of mood me nerve is on.
But other then that keep trying and keep going.
Wondered if anyone was learning some type of thing as I could with a few mates on here.
Also trying to gain weight. 5ft 7. 10 half stone male.

    Hi Gary.
    Just starting on bodyweight training. Had a back strain and physio recommended doing strength training. I used to do weights a few years back but due to cost, space, portability and distance from nearest gym that not an option. bodyweight training looks pretty cool too!
    Can you recommend any beginner pull up / parallete bar workouts?
