Hello! I'm not necessarily new here, but I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm currently working to lose some extra I've gained back over the last two years since losing 200lbs over the last 7. Thanks to a breakup, a major move, a job loss and change.. I let my fitness and nutrition take a back seat for a while! In return.. It gave me a BIGGER back seat of my own ;-)
I have taken a mostly clean-foods approach over the last 30 days and have loved the results so far. I'm currently sticking to around 1200 calories a day of GOOD fat, high protein, and minimally processed selections. My diary is open in case anyone has any suggestions or needs ideas.
I'm a single 33 year old woman who really doesn't spend much time in the kitchen.. So the budget friendly, convenient approach has worked wonders!
