Sweating for the Wedding

Getting married in August of 2018 . I ordered my dress in March (2017) and have only lost 13 pounds since. This August (2017) I get to try it on for the first time. I have such a hard time staying motivated, especially on the weekends.

Friend me so we can keep each other motivated!!

    I just recently got married in Hawaii, so I def know your struggle. Instead of losing weight I gained it I think out of frustration. :/ my tip is try not to stress ... as hard as that sounds. The more stress on your body the more you'll struggle. Congrats and good luck!

    I feel your struggle. When my fiance proposed in March I decided I wanted to lose weight for the wedding (which we originally tentatively set for next year). I haven't lost anything since and just the thought of wedding planning seemed stressful.

    Now we're planning to elope while on vacation in Hawaii and most of our details are covered so I'm less stressed, although I still haven't decided what to wear. But now that most of the stress is gone, so is some of my stress eating.

    As already mentioned, maybe stress less. If at all possible. Congrats!
