A year ago I started pushing this journey. I used myfitnesspal but fell off the wagon a few months ago...I've lost about 50 lbs in the last year but I still want to push another 100lbs...so I need support. Most of my friends are naturally very thin and they don't have to think about what they eat and drink...so it's very difficult to stay strong when I want to be social.
