I'm trying to lose more weight but I never know what machines to get on at the gym. I want to tighten and tone my stomach also my legs but more my stomach. Any ideas would be awesome, thanks!

Is there a trainer that can show you how to use all the machines? The basic idea is to always pair one movement with an opposite. Bicep curl/tricep extensions, chest press/lat pull or row... I'm not really into the leg extensions/curls, but leg press is good..or do squats and deadlifts if you can. And don't forget shoulder press...try to get a full body routine.0

Machines will isolate one set of muscles. If you want to tone your tummy, you need to incorporate weights and bodyweight exercises to focus on your abs, core and surrounding muscles (assuming there's not much fat over the top... if you have a layer of fat, do the above but also add cardio a couple of time per week!)... I travel a lot so cant get to the gym and just started with Beachbody as its online and requires no equipment. looking at the results of others it appears to do a pretty good job of tonight the tummy!
