I'm looking for cheap low calorie foods. I have a simple recipe for Chicken Enchiladas and am getting sick of eating them! Any suggestions?

Beans! You can get a bag of dried beans so cheap. Soak/cook them and add various seasonings or dried herbs. I love making "refried" beans with jalapeno and garlic. Fresh jalapenos are crazy cheap and go a long way.0

Cheap one I do is breakfast muffins with eggs, milk, spinach (any other veggies you want), a bit of cheese, salt and pepper and bake in a muffin pan. I eat it with salsa or hot sauce and add toast for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Simple, easy and cheap.0

Low budget friendly foods where I live are oatmeal, canned tuna, whole chicken or chicken thighs, dry beans, lentils, rice, pasta, bread, peanut butter, eggs, potatoes, carrots, apples, ground turkey, cabbage, onions, canned tomatoes, frozen vegetables
Meal planning is a good idea if you have a tight budget.
Many recipes are 500-600 calories per serving. Adjust portion sizes to fit your calorie goal.
Do an internet search for the calorie count you desire such as "300 calorie recipes"
Soup is often very economical and can be low calorie- freezes and reheats well.
