Questions for volume eaters

I've been reading up on it here, and I'm kind of interested. I would like some answers to my questions though. I haven't read the book yet, but will look it over this week.
Do you track on MFP? If you do, is it challenging? Have you had any surprises?
If you have kids, do you have separate meal plans?
What aspect do you find most challenging?
Most satisfying (outside of filling up on good food)
Did you have any difficulty "giving yourself permission" to eat volumes?
Thank you for your thoughtful answers.

A little confused by your questions... Are you confusing volume eating with intuitive eating?2 -
I eat half a 2# bag of frozen broccoli for lunch. Once steamed, it's about 5 cups. Add some peppers, tomatoes, black beans, salsa, nuts raisins. Comes in at about 400 cals. I'm sure even a dietician would approve.0

RodaRose, thank you. I've been following that thread which is where my questions came from!1

Yes, I track on MFP, no it's not challenging.
My family is interesting. My daughter and I are vegetarians, my son and husband are carnivores. I have developed creative ways to get around cooking for all of us to keep us all happy. We all have big appetites, so I don't find it challenging to make dishes that have lots of volume, though sometimes I make myself extra veggies.
The aspect I find most challenging is balancing the fact that I seem to need just the right balance of starch, protein, and volume in my day/meals to feel satisfied.
The most satisfying aspect is eating a lot of fruit and vegetables and knowing that I'm getting good nutrition.
I used to have difficulty "giving myself permission", because I once believed that learning to eat "proper" portions was something that every dieter needed to do, but quickly got over that. There is no one correct way of eating.0
