MEAL PREP HELP?

Hi! Fresh and new at all this but my first meal prep week was a total success and I am loving the convenience of the whole thing. This particular week I chose a very low cal diet and prepped 6 meals and I am totally impressed and wishing i had started sooner ! ~ I'm wondering if any of you have any meal prep ideas for me? Thanks!
Ps: I'll eat anything so I'm down for any and all suggestions! Keep up your good work

Sounds great! I don't meal prep in that sense myself, I only pre-prep, if that is a thing - and I'm a litle timid with new foods, so I just wanted to say way to go! Try everything!3

Big package of chicken breasts in the crockpot for a few hours shreds really nicely for sandwiches, tacos, salads, anything you can think of putting shredded chicken on/in.5

My go to is brown rice, ragu pasta sauce, and any veggies I have on hand diced and cooked in a wok pan with some olive oil.
Usually corn, carrots, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms...
Then I'll use ground chicken, Turkey, or extra lean ground beef as the protein.
Salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Weigh and split into about 6 containers and use for my work lunch!
It keeps my constant need for spaghetti at bay.
I usually prep spinach salads too! Chicken on top, graid some carrots and cheese, dice tomatoes. Flick it in the fridge with a little container of hot sauce as the dressing. Saves so many calories and I love spicy!
I'll usually make 2-3 days of subs or sandwichs too if I feel like I'll be rushed and keep the condiments on the side and they don't get soggy at all.
Breakfast wraps or pitas are good too.
Scrambled eggs, diced turkey bacon, few small diced potato chunks cooked in olive oil, any veggies you wants to add.
Wait to cool, put in pita shell with a sprinkle of cheese, have some cups of salsa for dip. Mmm.

Breakfast mini crust-less quiches
cook your protein, (I used bacon and ham)
Cook your onions. peppers/ other veggies I used tomatoes, peas, onions and peppers
Mix your eggs and a little milk
Add your ingredients to a muffin tray lined with cupcake wrappers pour eggs ontop add some spinach into the cups, top with a little cheese, bake 15 minutes
Breakfast all week 157 calories, 12 G Protein1 -

I prep breakfast for 3 people every week.
In the winter is is 1 dozen egg muffin sandwichs (english muffin, baked egg with cheese, ham) wrap in foil, bag it, freeze it.
another breakfast is egg muffins...start with peppers/onions, meat, beat 10 eggs pour into muffin tin (or cake pan) top with cheese, bake for 30mins bam...breakfast...makes 1 dozen.

I like overnight oatmeal (40g oatmeal, one serving protein powder, 1/2c whatever type of milk you prefer, and whatever else you might want to add in.) I put the dry ingredients in mason jars at the beginning of the week, then add the milk, fruit, peanut butter, whatever else, the night before. Some combinations I like cold, some I prefer to warm up.
I also like to put chicken in the crock pot with salsa, and shred after it's cooked. This is good in tacos, on salad, burrito bowl, etc.
I love using the crock pot to cook something while I'm at work, then have that for dinner, and for leftovers later.

Baked chicken breast, you can slice it up after if you want and keep it ready for salads, as well as cooking a pot of quinoa you can add to salads, eat beside other meals, or heat up for a breakfast cereal2

Some foods can easily be made in bulk and then frozen. It may be easier to store things like stews, chili in freezer bags than in containers as they take up less space. I'll put individual meal portions in quart sized freezer bags, then put those into a bigger, gallon size freezer bag.2 -
I like roasting a chicken. And at the same time, I put a few sweet potatoes in the oven. When those are done, I put in a pan of roasted vegetables. After eating the chicken, I pop that carcass in the freezer and when I have 2 or 3, I make stock. I make some sort of soup nearly every week. Sometimes with the stock, sometimes, not.
Not sure if this is considered 'meal prep', but it works for me.1 -
I cook, portion and freeze. Soups, stews, chilis, curries, some stir fries, stuffed peppers, sauces, meatballs, muffin tin recipes, burger and sausage patties, and things like cauliflower rice.1
