sync fitbit and MFP

I cannot sync my fitbit app to me Myfitnesspal at all ( and never have since installed a couple of week ago). I have tried ALL (Literally ALL) troubleshoorting steps from users and the forum on FITBIT and on MFP: Desinstalling and re-installing both apps, revoke access and reassign access, sync, making sure steps syncs with Fitbit on MFP etc...it all indicates they are linked and should sync but they don't (and never have from the start neither from the app on mobile, nor from a computer). Fitbit Support has told me to get in touch with MFP. any idea?

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.
Try turning off bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink.
If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

I have a fitbit charge 2. Occasionally I have had syncing issues to MFP. I had to disconnect MFP from my fitbit on my computer. It would not disconnect properly from my mobile device. I then shut off my wifi, bluetooth, location and restarted my phone. Once it restarted, then I reconnected my fitbit to MFP on my phone. I restarted my wifi, location and bluetooth and it started syncing again. Good luck!0
