Hello from a grey and drab Berkshire. Good luck! I recommend you add friends (it makes ALL the difference), find a group or two, and use the forums for inspiration.
And most importantly: Don't starve yourself, that will only cause you to binge. Eat sensibly, log everything, and eat at a slight deficit. After all, you gained the weight over a number of years, so be kind to your body on your way back down. And if you have a bad day once in a while? Don't let it get you down, just get back on it the next day.1
