Because I prefer the truth. You lose weight one way. Eat less calories than your body is burning. Full stop, simple science.1 -

Meal replacements and protein shakes also totally unnecessary for weight loss. Protein shakes are to supplement a diet for nutrition not for weight loss.0

Do you know what gave me amazing results - eating normal food in a calorie deficit and becoming more active.3

So you linked us to a commercial site that is selling a product. You have (now) 7 posts. This seems a lot like pushing a product to me.
Any protein supplement taken in conjunction with a calorie deficit will create weight loss. One pound losses per day are not the norm, and although you *may* see that in the beginning as a 260 lb woman, it won't last - or you will make yourself sick. Please keep eating up to 1200 calories.2 -

Yep I cannot find one study that supports what is written in that link. Surprisingly "When you add it to a healthy weight loss plan it’s designed to support your diet, provided that you’re getting regular exercise and eating right." wait what so it must be the canary seed milk that make you lose weight, not the eating right or the regular exercise huh!?1
