Hi everyone! I'm Alyssa! I'm looking for weight loss buddies/motivation. Let's see.... I started back in March at 236 lbs. As of today I'm at 208 lbs. My goal is 120, so I have exactly 88 lbs to lose. But! I'm starting to lose motivation

Hi, I'm Esther. I started 8 months ago at 254 and I'm currently 188.8. Don't give up, you're doing great! 28 lbs? Do me a favor. The next time you're in the supermarket, head for the produce section. Look for the 25lb bags of potatoes. Or onions, I'm flexible. Now try lifting one. Heavy, right? You used to carry that and more, 24x7, not all that long ago. And now you aren't. You've got a ways to go, but you've already traveled some distance. Celebrate that and focus on the next small goal.
