    At this time i try to balance with CrossFit dairy plan 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat...but in few weeks i will reduce more the carbs and i will increase protein with shape 35/35/30

    Calorie deficit or recomposition. Pick one. Both will get you to a lower bf% slowly.
